Tremfya 100mg Injection is prescribed for adults who are eligible for systemic therapy or phototherapy. It works by selectively targeting IL-23, a protein involved in the abnormal immune activity seen in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. This helps improve skin symptoms and reduce joint inflammation.

Moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic treatment or phototherapy.

Dosing schedule:

1) First dose at week 0

2) Second dose at week 4

3) Followed by one injection every 8 weeks
