What is Leqvio / Sybrava (Inclisiran)?

After the first dose and a second dose at 3 months, inclisiran is given every 6 months by a healthcare professional.

It is used alongside diet and usually a statin when LDL targets are not reached.

Lipid levels are re-checked to confirm the response.
