Bdpoma 4mg Capsule is a chemotherapy medicine containing the active constituent Pomalidomide. It belongs to the group of medications known as Immunomodulatory agents. It is used to treat multiple myeloma in adults. Multiple myeloma is a type of cancer mainly affecting certain white blood cells called the plasma cell. These cells grow uncontrolled and accumulate in the bone marrow, damaging the bones and kidneys.

Treatment of Multiple myeloma.

Bdpoma 4mg Capsule works by stimulating the immune system to attack the cancer cells, stopping the formation of blood vessels supplying the cancer cells, and preventing the growth of cancer cells (myeloma cells).

Always take Bdpoma 4mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Take this medicine with or without food. Swallow the Capsule as a whole with water. Do not crush or chew the Capsule.

Low white blood cells

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medications, nutritional or vitamin supplements and herbal products that you are taking or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications may interact with Bdpoma 4mg Capsule and can cause potential side effects.

Keep Bdpoma 4mg Capsule out of sight and reach of children.

Store at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

It is recommended to take effective birth control for at least 4 weeks before beginning treatment, during treatment, and at least 4 weeks after stopping Bdpoma 4mg Capsule treatment. Women who are pregnant or suspect they may be pregnant should not use this medication. Handle this medication with disposable gloves since it may come into contact with the skin. Do not share Bdpoma 4mg Capsule with others even if they have the same symptoms as you have, since it may cause birth defects and other serious problems. It is advised to refrain from donating blood or sperm both during treatment and for seven days after treatment with this drug.
