Women of reproductive age must use effective contraception during and for six months after therapy. A decrease in white blood cell count is the most common side effect of Docetax 120mg Injection. If your white blood cell count becomes low, you are at a higher risk of getting an infection. However, these levels usually return to normal before your next treatment. A blood test will be conducted before your treatment. If your white blood cell count is low, your doctor may postpone your treatment for a short period until your cell count increases. Supportive care will help you manage and overcome these side effects. On your chemotherapy day, it is recommended that you eat lightly.
