Ideenat 150mg tablet is an antineoplastic drug with an active ingredient called Idelalisib. It belongs to the medication class known as PI3K Inhibitors. It is used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in adults in combination with Rituximab. This medicine is given to those who have received medicine at least once in previous or patient's cancer cells with a genetic mutation named 17p deletion or TP53 and who are not eligible for other therapies. Additionally, this medicine is used for treating adult patients with follicular lymphoma as monotherapy. It is not recommended for those younger than 18 years.  

Do not consume Ideenat 150mg tablets if you are allergic to Idelalisib, sunset yellow FCF (a petroleum-derived orange azo dye), and other ingredients of this medicine. Inform your physician if you have any conditions with the liver, lung (pneumonitis), kidney, intestinal perforation, neutropenia (low level of neutrophils), active infections/hepatitis, or skin reaction (Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Inform your physician if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant. Use effective contraception during and even after a month of treatment. Discuss more fertility concerns with your doctor. Your doctor will take regular blood tests before and during treatment to monitor the infections.  

Before starting with Ideenat 150mg tablet, notify your doctor about all your underlying medical conditions. Your doctor may regularly monitor you to check the functions of the respiratory system, kidney, lungs, liver, and other organs. Depending on the response to the treatment and other side effects, your doctor may adjust your dosage of the Idelalisin tablet. Contact your physician immediately if you experience any symptoms.

Ideenat 150mg tablet is a targeted therapy medication that inhibits the delta isoform of PI3K (found in blood cells as B-cells and T-cells). By blocking PI3Kδ, it disrupts signaling pathways that regulate cell survival, proliferation, and migration.

Take Ideenat 150mg tablet as advised by your physician. Usually, this medicine will be given twice a day. Do not crush, chew, or open the medicine. Your physician will decide the correct dosage and duration based on age, body weight, and disease condition. Only stop taking this medicine if your doctor advises you to stop.

Inform your doctor about any prescribed medications, over-the-counter medicines, nutritional or vitamin supplements, and herbal products you take or have taken before the treatment. Certain medications such as alfuzosin, pimozide, rifabutin, and other medicine may interact with Ideenat 150mg and can cause undesirable side effects.

Store protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

Keep out of sight and reach of pets and children.

Oral contraception may be ineffective while under the treatment of Ideenat 150mg tablet. Discuss effective contraception methods with your doctor, along with fertility concerns. Do not stop the medicine until your doctor advises. Notify your doctor if you experience any serious side effects. Your doctor may change your dose or stop the treatment based on your response. Your doctor will also inform you if you need any dose adjustments. This medicine is not recommended for children or adolescents.
