After You Start Using a Kwik Pen

You can keep it at room temperature (up to 30°C) for up to 30 days.

Store away from direct heat and sunlight.

Throw it away 30 days after first use, even if there’s some medicine left.

Also discard after you’ve taken all 4 weekly doses in a sharps disposal container.

Inject in a different spot each time to avoid skin thickening.

Avoid skipping doses; set reminders for your weekly injection.

Stay hydrated, especially if experiencing vomiting or diarrhoea.

Eat balanced meals and monitor your blood sugar regularly.

Do not use the pen if it has been frozen or left out for too long.
